At Beatbot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Sora 10 Robotic Pool Cleaner; if it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the unit is cleaned and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Sora 10
Drain all water from the robotic cleaner, clean the filter basket, and securely pack the device and charging dock into the original shipping box.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
